Having worked in a call center (CCI) for 4 years I have learnt a lot in regards to customer care and customer satisfaction. Making sure that the customers needs are always met and that they leave with a first time fix so that they are happy at all times and can spread good experience via word of mouth. I have also gained experience in training as I trained new agents on the job.The current position I hold is of a Administrative admin position. My job is to make sure the company always run the job and the smoothly. I am the "mother" of the office. It has advanced me in my Excel skills and my knowledge in the financial industry.
