Office ManagerAs a Manager of four (4) employees, I have full responsibility with facilities, overall organization including management of office cleaning staff & other general maintenance tasks. As part of my daily duties, I oversee contract negotiation and purchase process with different vendors, including telecom and Internet companies along with employee benefits providers such as Health Insurance, Private Pension and others. Other responsibilities include Finance, HR, and IT as highlighted below:•Supporting the Finance VP, I carry responsibility for all reimbursements and invoices, processing of all vendor payments through our internal Purchase System. •Within HR I carry responsibilities for contacting new candidates, and reviewing Employment offers and contract, benefits, compensation plan, etc. •In the IT side, I’m the one leading the contact with the technical teams when issues are encountered, making sure to follow-up until a resolution is encountered.
