I was a member of a team for three years that was responsible for the conception, definition, and implementation of Telefonica's initial global monitoring service for large corporations.This undertaking required us to create new tools, solutions, and processes to strengthen the Cyber SOC's operations.One of the major barriers we faced was integrating an array of dissimilar services, tools, and technologies into a cohesive system that could detect, alert, and respond to potential issues.We accomplished several noteworthy projects during this time, such as the development of Sinfonier, a product/service that empowered analysts to utilize real-time data processing technologies for detection and investigation purposes.
