I have served in the inaugural positions of diversity, inclusion and community engagement for institutions in the fields of higher education, healthcare, and now real estate. My background, while extensive, isn’t traditional in its trajectory. In a nutshell, my passion for inclusion is coupled with a love for progress, strategy and community engagement. Outside of leading training sessions and developing business-wide diversity initiatives for all levels of the organization, I also serve the community's point of contact for partnership opportunities and general feedback. I do this best by serving on various non-for-profit boards, including a local community bank.My ultimate goal is making a difference in the lives of those individuals I have a privilege of collaborating with professionally and beyond. This is what I do best and love the most.
