With the high demand for eventual car rentals caused by COVID19, I started to coordinate and seek continuous improvements in this operation. From the customer's onboarding to fleet management actions and the operation of new markets.

With the responsibility of managing the entire technology area of the company, I accepted the invitation of my friend and, now, partner Rafael Castro. At GO, we have advanced the use of our IoT beyond the control of light electric vehicles (scooters and bikes), also starting to control cars. With this technology embedded in an app for Android and iPhone, it was possible to launch our final product: The first mobility subscription in Brazil.

As part of SKR's investment agreement in the growth of GO, I took the lead in the development of the new version of the COMPASS app, encompassing micro-mobility and vehicle control technology, as well as improving processes that already existed in the old version of the app, such as smart closet and autonomous market, and inclusion of new features and layout.

With more than 10 internal customers and about 15 third-party software, I was responsible for leading the development team to internalize as much as possible to its own fleet and customer management system. In parallel, start the IoT integration project brought by the new CTO to improve asset management, have greater control over them and reduce the risk of loss for the company.

With the accelerated growth of the startup, with an average of 5% week, the demand for technology has increased exponentially. From basic infrastructure to coordination of developers, I was responsible for the implementation of internal service channels, SLAs, definition of equipment according to the position, reduction of unnecessary costs, definition of annual budget, expansion of the infrastructure applied in the headquarters for the stores, in addition to Mexico, Portugal and other group companies: Tok & Use and ZygZag. Technically evaluated and assisted in business decisions for the implementation of third party software and managed a team of 8 people.

Responsible for supporting customized applications on all customers, ensuring SLAs and timely resolution, managing customers of up to 100 positions, a customer with 250 positions and another with 400 positions. Coordination and guarantee of full execution of update or correction plans. Negotiation between areas to streamline processes; Elastic team, according to what is necessary for each task.

With good technical background from Altitude and business environment, I was able to help customers maximize the growth of results and boost the performance of the tool. I was able to suggest changes in settings that had good effects on KPIs. I was responsible for the Q&A in a critical version update, staying in direct contact with the development team abroad. I conducted internal workshops for LATAM teams and business consultancy for customers in Brazil and Portugal. Usually, I was called to update versions in customers with high availability and high performance.

With a complete and modular solution for the Contact Center, Altitude uCI has several ways to perform the installation. Always using best practices, I have performed several installations at new customers or extensions. During the project phase, the knowledge base is passed to supervisors, planning team, managers, and reporting team (MIS). In addition, executing or creating test plans, developing custom reports, integration middleware, and front-end for the agents in Altitude's own language were also part of the tasks.
