I have facilitated and instructed many student to become the best person they could become by helping them to see their magnificence through development of their intra and interpersonal skills. We have taken organizations that were in trouble(conflict among their employees) and helped to produce harmony through a series of workshops to develop trust through awareness. If a company has an issue they let us know, we do an assessment, and design a workshop to deal with whatever the issue is. If I feel it is not within our capacity to deal with that issue I will say so.I have had the privilege to work with many individuals as a life skills coach and now I am a Reverend with the Universal Church of the Master. It is great to provide spiritual counsel and guidance to individuals looking for more meaning and purpose in their life.

I teach customer service skills to students that are taking training as heavy duty mechanics from John Deere, Case New Holland.

Sales and reports of transactions to the board on a part time 60-80 hours a month - work with the director to develop marketing strategies for our continued growth, first and 2nd year we were able to increase client base by 100% each year and are still growing!

I worked as Interim Executive Director for the Innisfail Chamber of Commerce which included organizational skills, sales. book keeping and admin functions in the office. I enjoying the challenge and learned immensely from the experience. Organizing a successful trade show for 2013 April 19, 20. It was an amazing event! Finished training new staff at the Chamber. On to new challenges!

At Momentun our program was for immigrant and aboriginal participants and it was a pre-apprenticeship training program. So I taught the students listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, anger management, stress management skills, other communication skills like clarifying, summarizing, paraphrasing, building rapport. Also I would teach them about Canadian culture and the teckniques for working in a company that has a team enviornment. It was a pleasure to go all over the world in my classroom.
