My key tasks in post were:• Analysis of the Firm’s current processes• Authoring design specification documents• Devising test plans• Authoring technical specifications detailing the data mappings for the transfer of core client/matter data from Axxia to FloSuite• Testing the data transfer and reporting any inaccuracies to the relevant parties• Writing the workflow processes and the screens required for document assembly – initially all file opening documentation, together with a core library of letters and documents needed for Phase I roll out to the Commercial teams

I was the solely responsible for analysing the Firm's business processes through liaison with senior personnel, translating these into technical specifications and then developing the two systems (Aderant 'Back Office'​ and FWBS 'Matter Centre'​) to ensure they remained effective workplace tools. I joined the Firm at a time of change, prior to the migration from the Paragon Accounting system to the SQL based Aderant 'Back Office' system.
