During this period of time & as a part of the full stack Bootcamp at Appleseeds got the chance of working in a company as an intern where I learned about the dynamics of being a programmer, and got the chance of experiencing a different working style, the daily, weekly & status routines that were held have taught me about how small details in a working day can have a major impact on the macro work environment & how it can enhance the productivity & mental health during the workday.

working in this job for me was like a mission of solving people's daily life challenges, as well as helping them to start using their new phone / electronic device. as a part of this mission, I had to learn about the products & adapt to the customer's needs in addition to provide technical support if needed. later on, I was promoted to become a shift supervisor tutoring the staff newcomers on board as well as making sure the customer service is on point.
