About Fida Ullah

I am a civil engineer having 13 years of professional experience in program implementation and Management. I’ve managed multi-sectoral programs funded by different international donor agencies like World Bank, USAID, Asian development Bank, IFRC etc. having portfolio up to 22 Million USD at maximum. I implemented projects related to the Houses reconstruction, Sanitation, Drinking water supply (Electric / Solar based pressure pumps and tub wells with overhead and surface reservoirs), DRR, Roads , and other infrastructure projects, partnerships development with different stakeholders including targeted communities , Government , NGOs/ INGOs etc, with special focus to females, persons with special abilities, I am having experience of managing large project teams remotely deployed in field including erstwhile Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjab and FATA. In my assignment of the project I did effective as well as regular coordination with all the concerned stakeholders including DIUs, GLAs, Federal & Provincial government, World Bank, MDTF, District Administration and LEAs (Law Enforcement Agencies), tribal elders etc.I am team player and have strong faith in team work. I can do effective management of resources to achieve the targets under short deadlines. I am having ability to do multi-tasking whenever it is required by the management. I also have the experience of completing assignments related to procurement, financial disbursements, Audits, staff appraisals, compliance of Operational manual etc. I also have done quality assurance and periodic reviews of progress against targets.
