Newcor was a publicly traded automotive and heavy-duty truck parts supplier with annual revenue of $350 million and 1,200 employees at 8 locations in North America. We ardently embraced the Newcor Manufacturing System, modeled after the Toyota system. In 2003 the company pursued a Chapter 11 restructuring successfully the public debt while increasing revenue with new business at two tier-one automotive suppliers. All of the new issue 10 year term debt was paid off after two years.

Rockwell is a small start-up manufacturer of renal dialysis solutions used by providers to treat patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). During my tenure at Rockwell, we led a successful initial (IPO) as the primary financial contact for investors, investment bankers, and commercial banks. Also proposed and implemented the "target market strategy" which reduced distribution costs and increased competitiveness.

Glacier Vandervell was a former subsidiary of JP Industries. GVI manufactured engine bearings for the automotive, heavy-duty truck, and railroad locomotive engines. Revenue approximated $150 million. I was appointed President upon the sale of JP Industries to Turner and Newall in Manchester, England. We made significant changes in the management, replacing all functional reports.
