Responsible for the oversight, governance & performance management framework for the Business segment, including pricing and product development; the provision of analytics and insights to support targeting, Business planning, performance management and segment insights; and in addition, Business learning & knowledge management. The role will be supported by a small team and its scope will cover the full Business segment, including seene (EnergyAustralia’s Local Energy Networks Provider).

Responsible for ensuring world class the following functions deliver exceptional on time, on budget results in:• On Boarding processes• Activations• Metering Operations• Customer Care• Billing services.The position must provide technical SME support to the direct team and other EnergyAustralia teams plus ensuring the C&I unknown consumer process is effectively managed. In addition, it is also responsible for:• Broker management, payments and reconciliation• pipeline reporting,• process reviews• escalation resolution• managing technical enhancements to the C&I systems, and • assistance in bulk uploads of data where required.
