As a seasoned Sponsored Research Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, I am dedicated to advancing research administration excellence and compliance. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director of Training and Learning for Research Administration and Research Compliance at Northeastern University. In this role, I facilitate and provide comprehensive training, learning, and educational resources for researchers and research administrators, ensuring the highest standards of research compliance. My areas of specialized focus include research security and research integrity.In my current role, I oversee Northeastern’s Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training program, collaborating with multiple departments to enhance cross-training initiatives and effectively advertise training and learning services. I am also responsible for building comprehensive plans to design, develop, document, and deliver training related to research administration, continuously improving departmental initiatives. I work to identify and engage institutional stakeholders to develop and deploy engaging online instructional content for a variety of research administration, finance, and compliance tools.In addition to managing Northeastern’s RCR training program, I oversee major communication channels with stakeholders across all campuses, including leadership, faculty, students, and staff, ensuring they are informed about research training, learning, and education opportunities.With extensive experience coordinating and facilitating professional training for NU-RES staff, department administrators, and faculty across all Northeastern campuses, I work closely with research compliance, college leadership, and NU-RES staff to promote the effective use of research project management tools and systems. My efforts ensure alignment between systems, practices, and institutional policies.Currently, I am pursuing a third master’s degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Policy
