Graduated in Accounting and studying Business, I built my career in consumer goods, with an emphasis on developing fragrances, make-up and skin care categories in the Brazilian luxury market, working with brands such as Lancôme, Armani, Ralph Lauren and Yves Saint Laurent at L'Oréal, the largest beauty company in the world. More than a sales professional, my goal is to offer the best shopping experience for each sales channel worked on, identifying opportunities that increase sales with sustainability and excellent customer service.I moved to Vancouver to work on my Post Degree in Business Administration at Langara and I have been working with customer service since I got here, field in which I work for more than 5 years.
