Internship Process:Work within the team of network engineers in the operations department to manage Claro’s wide area network. Duties will include on-going maintenance of network and datacenter infrastructure to ensure we maintain Claro’s defined service levels. Assist in the strategic planning related to capacity management, and implementation of new policies and procedures with focus on continual improvement in service delivery, collaborate with partners to discuss opportunities to improve processes.
