Founder And President
CurrentXpress Group, Inc. was created to acquire Xpress Software, Inc., which I founded in 1981. I served as a member on 36 State and Federal Committees dealing with the transfer of personal information and data security for over 21 years. Federal Committees included the IRS, IRS ETA (Electronic Taxation Administration), US Department of Treasury, CID (Criminal Investigation Division of Treasury), SSA (Social Security Administration) and INS (US Immigration and Naturalization Service) as well as South Carolina State Department of Revenue and 6 other States. I was a founding member of many of these committees, including the committees that created e-File and the Internet. I continue to participate in Industry and Government Committees. My focus is on eliminating fraud, IP theft, and cybercrimes. One example: Xpress 'edits' saved the I.R.S almost a Billion dollars in each of a number of filing seasons. Many of these edits became a requirement for all companies that offered e-File services. Xpress created one, if not the first, World-Wide challenge. Xpress offered a $1 million dollar bounty to anyone that could breach any of our servers, steal any data and restore the data. Over 16 years, never a dime was paid. We just completed our 5th challenge to confirm our new technologies. In 2016, Mr. Harper was asked to re-launch his unbroken breach and data protection technology, due to a myriad of new threats and trillions of dollars in lost IP, revenue, and more. NIST Cybersecurity framework is having a profound effect on all Industries. I have been assembling a team of proven experts to create a NIST CSF compliant platform. Many are expressing concerns about NIST CSF, Zero Trust and other regulations. Large Corporations in our industry do not have the required experience and they will focus on larger firms. Xpress' team is unique in both experience, vision, and proven success. Our solutions are also light weight enough to protect IOT, Cloud, and more.
