CurrentReport directly to the Commercial Director.Responsible for all Portuguese market.Develop and implement commercial strategies according to the company goals and objectives, accelerating the growth.Conduct marketing research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.Understand the requirements of existing costumers to ensure their needs are being met.Assist in setting financial targets and budget development, such as monitoring.Work with Trade Marketing to define a clear channel and costumer strategy.Monitor the commercial activities performance using key metrics and preparing reports for commercial director.Supervise the daily sales team activity, checking their visits reports and monitoring the sales results.Distribution and adjustments of the portfolios of Inside & Field Sales.Evaluate the sales team performance, contributing also for its salaries and incentives adjustments plans proposals.
