I'm Filipe, a design professional with 30 years of experience.My journey began with a Master degree in Design from IADE way back in 1996, and ever since, I've been working hard to hone my skills. Additionally, my schooling in an English school gave me proficiency in English, which is a significant asset.Throughout my career, I've been the captain of various creative adventures. For two decades, I steered my design studio, where I had the privilege of leading a team of 15 brilliant minds. I also held the title of "Brand Manager" at Burger Ranch, where I brought marketing strategies to life. In England, I had the incredible opportunity to be the Brand Manager for the Lucidity Group, and later, the General Manager of a charming hotel within the group. There, I created and developed brands, brilliant strategies, and manuals ensuring impeccable service.But my story doesn't stop there. I had the honor of being the creator of the "Faro" brand for the district capital. Furthermore, my work reached international borders, with several brands I crafted winning hearts around the world.My love for design and creativity also led me to the classroom, where I played the role of a teacher at ETIC_Algarve and Lusófona University.I'm a person who enjoys working both in teams and individually. Analyzing each challenge, considering all possibilities, and finding the most effective and efficient solutions is my standard approach.Moreover, I'm always on the lookout for learning opportunities to become an even better professional.I'm looking for a leadership position that allows me to continue bringing out the best in myself and those I work with.
