I work on integrating BIM methodology on multiple research fronts under the “Cognitive CMMS: Cognitive Computerized Maintenance Management System” project, some of them are Facility Management (FM), asset management, existing building surveys and VR/AR applications.I develop applications using Unity Real Time 3D Development Platform to integrate interactive solutions for collaborative representation and manipulation of BIM models. I am part of a multidisciplinar and multicultural team that has been publishing scientific papers and successfully developing AEC industry solutions.I became a Master in BIM (Building Information Modeling) because I believe this project management method has an immense potential to improve the project quality and efficiency of any construction endeavor. During the course I was prepared to work as a BIM Specialist, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, BIM Modeler and everything in-between, given the course's amplitude and quality.Among my experiences are participating in projects related to digitization of large capacity Hydro power plants, like Itaipu in Brazil/Paraguay, and pioneering research on application of BIM for HPP refurbishment projects like Formin in Slovenia. I graduated bachelor (5 years) in Mechanical Engineering at UNIOSTE - State University of West Paraná and Master (Msc) with triple diplomacy with Erasmus Mundus BIM A+ program at University of Minho (Portugal), University of Ljubliana (Slovenia) and Polytechnic of Milan (Italy).
