Filip Leskaroski is a Principal Consultant in The Capital Markets Company GmbH (Capco) based in Frankfurt, responsible for consulting the largest banks worldwide on the topics of capital markets in IT transformation projects.Throughout his career, he worked in Finance and Capital Markets departments of large public companies listed on the US, Swiss and Canadian stock exchanges.Apart from his work as an external Manager (Principal Consultant) for the largest banks worldwide, Filip is a founder of the boutique real estate investing consultancy Leskaroski - Real Estate & Consulting, while he has also co-founded the company WISO Solutions (real estate and solar systems maintenance).Filip has delivered over 60 lectures worldwide, engaging with more than 800 attendees. He actively invests in real estate, including innovative projects such as real estate NFTs and crowd real estate investing.He holds a Master´s degree from the Faculty of Political and Economic Sciences in Bratislava, University of Comenius. He finished his Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.He is a certified expert in niche areas such as residential real estate, ESG investing and investment management, receiving diplomas from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, CFA Institute, Charles Bridge Investment Group and Daniel Daggers Academy. He is a lecturer at National Association of Valuers of Serbia (NAVS) and its basic member. Additionally, he has competed in two startup competitions: weXelerate in Vienna and Nápad roku in Prague.He is a quick thinker, goal driven and entrepreneurial type of a person, balancing his analytical mindset with mentioned skills and trying to get the best possible outcome for everyone in challenging situations.
