SOFIE framework is a European project, where Ericsson collaborated with partners from Finland, Estonia, Greek, and Italy. Particularly, we handled the CI/CD, system and components validation and we built a pilot project using the SOFIE framework. My responsibility in the team was to be a developer and Scrum Master. As a developer, my tasks were building one of the components, designing and managing the validation process, contributing to the maintenance of the CI environment and developing part of the pilot. As Scrum Master, I helped and guided the team in following scrum processes.

This is the question that has guided me throughout my research. The case I focused on is the Finnish fish supply chain. Using Requirement Engineering approaches I wanted to understand people's needs and problems of their current work processes and use of technology. Studying decentralized technology, blockchain, in particular, I built a software architecture which addresses the important needs and problems I found.

This is because I see it as a discipline where the teacher can share their knowledge, emotions and passion to students and retrieve back knowledge, emotion and passion from students. What I learned during this experience as a software architecture teaching assistant is how to communicate effectively with students: meet their expectations, understand their needs, listen and discuss the lessons, capture their attention and let them be the centre of the teaching process.
