CurrentWorked onboard several Norwegian Cruise line ship (Pearl, Epic, Breakaway, Escape, Encore). Consistent in exceeding company targets and delivering VIP service to mostly USA based clients.Job Description:Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost controlManage medical recordsProperly perform various non-invasive anti-aging and body contouring proceduresEnsure onboard medi-spa promotions are sufficient and accuratePromote services on board ship via on board marketing and seminars/events; all materials will be providedActively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as seminars, promotions and/or available discountsCross-promote other spa servicesUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law, the vessel and the spa’s policies and proceduresProperly clean and restock medi-spa treatment room as requiredManage medical product and supply inventoryCommunicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attentionHandle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyProvide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guestsMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environmentRegularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spaAssist in all areas of spa operation as requested by managementTrain new spa staff in medi-spa services/cross-promotion skills – follow up must be carried out to ensure staff are confident with services and promotionsFollow Medi-Spa Operations Policies
