I volunteer with Skillando, where I contribute to digital democracy initiatives and support non-profit organisations, schools, social enterprises, and communities worldwide.

Eni Datalab is a laboratory of data science, analytics and artificial intelligence born in 2016 in Eni's External Communication Department. Its mission is to analyze, measure and understand the complex ecosystem in which the company operates and communicates, to ensure that the communication actions and the contents produced always have the utmost relevance for Eni's many stakeholders.Enabling data driven communication, both in terms of measuring communication effectiveness - with specific focus on corporate reputation - and listening and analyzing the online world for better understanding the numerous stakeholders of Eni. The ultimate goal is to provide insights for content production, social department, media relations and for the many Eni's units that rely on "Eni Datalab" services.Data science techniques are applied within Eni Datalab - from machine and deep learning algorithms developed in-house, to data visualization - which are combined with the more traditional Web and social listening activities. The aim is to move from big data to relevant data, useful for understanding and managing the complex ecosystem in which Eni operates and communicates.
