For over 10-years, I've been wearing many hats, spanning business development and marketing. During that time I've spoken to customers and prospects, both on the B2B and B2C side, and honed skills that stretch from social media to email campaigns to speaking to and interviewing customers. Customers are at the heart of all business, and it is my belief that this specific area of marketing will continue to gain traction as more companies recognize that customer advocates are the key to continued growth and success.Prior to my foray into marketing, I worked in the film industry. Again, I wore many hats. I was a location scout and manager, a production manager. I dabbled in props and even a bit of wardrobe. During this time I also worked online for various websites writing content and honing my SEO skills.But in the end, it is all about the people and the relationships.
