Experienced Chartered Accountant focused on providing a high quality and attentive service to clients who are passionate about their businesses.A solid grounding in accountancy, audit and tax services was gained during my CA training with Scott Oswald, the largest independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Scotland at the time and one of the oldest, which subsequently merged with a large firm. While there I worked with a range of clients from individuals to larger owner managed businesses. I gained valuable post qualification audit and accountancy experience from working with large privately owned and international companies while working with international accountancy firms. I gained further experience of working with owner managed and family businesses, investor funded companies, technology startups, trusts and charities while working with an independent firm which specialised in providing a high quality client service for 15 years, being promoted to Director level in 2012. I joined PwC in 2019 gaining further experience of working with large family businesses, technology enterprises, investment funds and subsidiaries of international companies. I became a Senior Manager at Saffery, specialising in audit, in 2021 working with family and owner managed businesses and a number of larger national charities.In September 2023 I joined Geoghegans Chartered Accountants, now part of MHA, utilising the experience gained over my career to date to add value to the type clients I most enjoy working with.
