The past two years, I've completed five internships and converted to full-time as an Associate Business Program Manager for the Rocket Companies Internship Program. My role gave me and continues to give me unique opportunities like creating and executing at least five major events this summer, analyze technology processes like deliveries and returns for interns, and much more!From working at Rocket, I'm continuously learning and perfecting my craft. I've become more organized in my day to day to stay on top of multiple, changing tasks throughout the week. I've grown my communication by consistently emailing, messaging, and calling internal and external business partners. Along with that, I'm developing my presentation skills by speaking in front of 300+ interns over the summer in-person and helping out with various career fairs.I love learning and developing myself and I cannot wait to soak up even more knowledge!
