Chalet host for British tour operator Ski Beat Ltd. This involved hosting 11 guests each week for 5 months in the Val d'Isere ski resort in France. Each day I would provide cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course dinner for guests, along with regular cleaning of the bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas.
