I have been working with The Be Free Campaign to create content and promote positive wellbeing. From October 2020 we have been working on creating a Wellbeing Toolkit for individuals to use to promote personal positive wellbeing. I have project managed this project by delegating jobs, creating project structure and writing and researching sections of the book. Additionally, I have mentored two students from Edge Hill University. I have assisted in their professional and academic progression by giving detailed feedback and notes on their performance. Finally, I have contributed to the design of the Toolkit whereby I assisted in idea formation, project flow and aesthetic qualities of the Toolkit.This project has been self-published and available from high street book retailers. I completed a clinical audit of the movement disorders service at Southmead Hospital as an honorary research assistant, including a patient audit and multiple one-on-one in-depth interviews with staff members. This reported was used to improve service delivery and experience for service users.

I focused on demonstrating how public health interventions can be shown to be experimentally effective. I conducted an internal quantitative and qualitative analysis of a COVID-19 pilot within local authorities, demonstrating the statistical effectiveness of the pilot across demographic and geographic variables. I conducted data collection exercises across the county, comparing public health information with the information provided by the pilot to assess the impact over time.
