About Jane Finn

For more than three decades, I've worked with organizations around the world to build teams that are cohesive, collaborative, inclusive and deliver exceptional customer service. What have I learned in that time? Despite advances in technology, the growth of self-serve options or the promise of AI - it's people and how they communicate with one another that builds strong relationships, helps us manage change and keeps us connected. While I'm delighted to be still consulting with great companies and great people to optimize their contact centre operations, I'm equally delighted to take what I have learned about strategy, communications, emotional intelligence, coaching and employee engagement and offer an additional avenue for personal and professional growth and development.I've always believed in the process of guided self-discovery. As a contact centre consultant, I've witnessed how people, when given the opportunity to explore, brainstorm, and act, can tap into their knowledge, experience and ingenuity to innovate and develop creative solutions that improve the quality of their internal and external interactions and attract loyal customers. I also know that people learn by doing. They retain and apply what they have learned when they receive specific feedback, recognition and positive reinforcement. So, in addition to my traditional consulting, coaching and training services, I'm now offering new experiential learning experiences for individuals and groups who want to tap into their individual and collective wisdom to manage challenges, gain a new perspective and get the support they need to affect change.My new partners in this endeavour are horses. Why horses? Because horses are excellent communicators who tell it the way it is. They read body language, feel energy and sense intention and provide a safe space to explore thoughts and ideas that often remain unspoken. Horses are non-judgmental and reflect what they observe candidly, openly and honestly. Horses don't tell you how to think or what to do, and they certainly don't tell you only what you want to hear. Horses know how to process information and emotions easily, and can show you how to get to the heart of the matter, simply and effectively.Intrigued - just a little bit?
