Structured Product Specialist

-Specialize on trading execution for structured products and cash equities -Perform price quote and maximize the best execution practices in risk controlled manner -Manage daily dealing operation to ensure the compliance of policy and regulation -Communicate with Sales team for ideas and solution for client -Liaise with counterpart for structuring solution -Participate in ad hoc task: Product Due Diligence

-Perform trade input for ELN, FX/EQ KODA-Monitor the trade settlement for derivatives product including Options, ELN & KODA-Liaise with counterpart for confirmation and monitor the transaction status with custodian -Involve in checking Fixing notice and KO event. Contact Front office for confirmation for OTC, listed and exotic equity derivatives-Involve in corporate action processing on ELN (Exercise or Redemption).-Fully support to Sales team for client account inquiry and reconcile with Sales and Traders-Generate and update the MTM pricing report to system for valuation purpose-Prepare Long Form Confirmation for transaction done (ELN and KODA)-Ad-hoc task include custodian charge verification, securities transfer and UAT

-Perform operational duties of settlement including confirming securities trade (HK, Mainland & US Markets etc) and fund trade, corporate action instructing etc.-Prepare settlement instruction for fund/securities trade and transfer with counterparties-Coordinate with Dealing and Account Dept from Taiwan to ensure all transaction are closely monitored-Handle client statements and cash management
