An experienced Transport Planning Consultant with a traffic engineering background. I started in Surrey County Council in 2000 and have over 15 years experience of transport assessment; development control; road safety engineering; and highway engineering for local government, private developers, homeowners, Architect's and planning consultants.Project experience includes numerous Transportation Assessments, Travel Plans, Technical Notes and Transportation Statements to support development of any size through the planning application process from initial feasibility through to post submission negotiation and where required appeal and public inquiry work. My range of transport planning experience covers residential, tourism, commercial, retail, sports, leisure and educational development sites. My most recent experience includes detail design to support Section 278 Agreements and similar.I have also completed many Road Safety Audits and road safety assessments during my professional career, many as team leader.
