I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant, having gained seven years of experience working in a "Big 4" firm. I am passionate about creative industries, communicating with people and I bring analysis and relationship management to everything I do.I like to communicate with people and make them feel at ease and that they belong. I am open and listen to others and encourage people to come to me for a chat or advice. If someone is new to a situation, group or environment I try to break the ice and reassure them. I achieve this by being empathetic, good-humoured and remembering what it was like to be in a similar scenario. I'm told by others that I'm a good listener and have a (relatively!) quick wit, which also helps in these situations.I have a passion for volunteer work through which I have travelled to Bali as a volunteer, teaching English to children. I am also an advocate for road safety with PARC Road Safety Group.Outside of work I enjoy going to live music gigs. I'm passionate about supporting the Irish music industry and love listening to radio and podcasts. I care about doing good in the world, storytelling, being creative and experiencing new things and places - one of which is my new found love for Formula 1.
