HR BP for R&D / Comercial / Delivery BUs- site Eastern China

Ensure that the design, implementation and communication of global corporate Compensation & Benefits strategies and rewards programs that drive and support the company’s philosophies and goals for attraction and retention of key talent are successfully implemented-Interface with leadership team to ensure regional compliance and consistent deployment of the Company's Compensation & Benefits programs -Provide advice and consultation to management team on compensation and benefits policies, procedures and issues, act as internal advisor and expert for local labor law and local market as well -Coordinate and administer the annual salary planning and administration, various incentive payment process and develops appropriate communications to support the whole process -Improve and Administer the compensation and benefit of Great China in accordance with established policies, including monthly payroll process, benefit program and reward system-Conduct training on the company’s compensation and benefit programs for managers and employees like benefit induction, social insurance instruction, RSU/ESPP stock and leave of absence -Compliance: Overtime Application Process Manager, FWS application lead, Leads process for contract amendments, Employee Handbook updates/management

The role includes working directly with all levels of business management and HR partners to provide support for QCA BU and overall operation work for QCS and QIS:-Semi-Annual Total rewards review Proactively working on review cycle promotion collection within Dep. promo budget guideline; --Benefits program dedicated Support -Corporate Giving, Qcare Volunteering programs, etc.-New Hire Orientation
