Drive recruitment and engagement through delivering engaging presentations, implementing learning and development opportunities. Deliver a yearly volunteer recruitment plan. Liaise with all departments within the charity and form partnerships with external companies to drive volunteer opportunities.

Recruiting volunteers for all areas of the charity. Learning new systems to get the most out of the Volunteer management system in place. Liaising with all departments to promote and recruit volunteers.

Managing and training a team of Volunteers and paid staff. Sorting and pricing stock. Cash handling. Completing all Health and Safety checks to Audit standard. Merchandising of shop with stock Model shop standards. Providing and maintaining Great Customer service. Sourcing stock and working with the community to promote the Charity. Training of New shop managers and assistants for the company. Supporting opening of new shops in the company.
