Currently, I am the Director of HR at Grand Millennium Beijing and taking over the Regional role as well. Before joining Millennium, I served at The Peninsula Beijing and China World Hotel (Shangri-La Group). I began my career as a Junior HR Associate and later on specialized in Learning. I am passionate in instilling company’s core values into the people, hence positively influence their behaviors to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. I am people centric, committed to ensuring employee satisfaction and people development. One of my strengths is the ability to mobilize and engage a cohesive team with high morale.
