I specialise in advising senior executives in the financial services sector on the resolution of work-related disputes, and, where appropriate, litigation in the Employment Tribunal and / or High Court.I particularly advise on:• contractual disputes relating to bonus and incentive schemes; • FCA regulatory matters, particularly in relation to FX and LIBOR investigations;• discrimination particularly on grounds of sex and race and harassment;• whistleblowing claims; • issues arising when moving jobs and post-termination restraints; • redundancy; and• internal grievance and disciplinary processes.I also advise businesses on contentious and non-contentious HR and employment issues, and am well-placed to anticipate likely problems. Agreement is reached in the majority of my cases, and I have extensive experience in negotiating settlement agreements with a wide variety of City and non-City institutions, both informally and following the more formal mediation process.
