I work as a National trainer at Ark Healthcare. My duties are delivering a high quality of training for the care certificate induction and update I train Nationally for Dom and Complex care. I wrote a vast amount of the training material needed for the delivery of training which is used by all within the company. I also wrote other training material for other courses like Dementia, End of Life and safeguarding Children. I have completed quite a few of Train the Trainer course recently. My current experience in my current roleNational Trainer and training Co-ordinator Ark Home Healthcare: March 2014 to Current• Co-ordinate rotas and effective training for myself and the training team.• Undertaking training for domiciliary and complex care.• Writing power points in line with skills for care for delivery of all the training team for Inductions and refresher update training. • Delivery of training across the business including specialist subjects. • Work with operational team and implementation team establish their requirements and ensure these are aligned with the core business requirements.• Ensure that all targets and deadlines are achieved• Work alongside other teams to assist in data input and bespoken requirements• Preparing and supporting the Operational Teams in preparation and transition to new systems.• Providing office support where needed whilst Operational Staff undergo the implementation process.I am very passionate about the delivery of training to a very high Standard. I feel enjoyment by passing on all the relevant information to enable staff to deliver care and compassion taking into consideration company’s policies. I thrive on new challenges. I feel I work well in a team and I am very capable inworking on my own. I feel training needs to be interesting and fun so that delegates are engaged and have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
