National Role across Education,B&I

• Dedicated to maintaining and developing positive client relationships within key accounts in the Education sector to aid business retention and unlock opportunities for growth• Provide specialist knowledge for the Education business across all stakeholders focusing on internal and external benchmarking• Networking and communication across all key stakeholders.• Responsible for managing client retention within key accounts and supporting the sales team in securing new business• Supporting the Operations team through the development of business plans for key accounts• Managing key negotiations to support clients/ stakeholders within the operation

Working within Aramark Services Education Division on a National basis.• Reporting to the UK MD for Aramark Services. Responsible for the dedicated Education Division nationally within ARAMARK UK of which includes Independent and State Schools, and commercial operated FE & HE Business• Responsible for improved contract retention and year on year improvement in divisional profits within Education • Developing new business in the sector with the Business Development Director to grow the business.

• Accountable for the Education Business North & Midlands within ARAMARK UK which includes FE Colleges, Universities, State & Independent Schools• Development of Regional and Management teams in retail and commercial business skills in order to drive business growth within sector.• Client Management and Contract Retention through development of strong relationships and operational performance.

• Reporting to the Deputy Divisional Director of Education Division. Accountable for business North East, Cumbria & Scotland within ARAMARK Education Division which includes FE Colleges, Universities and State School Contracts.

• Operational Management of commercial, fixed price, cost plus and guaranteed contracts within the Education, Business & Industry Sectors, laterally specialising in Education. Providing a variety of services for clients including catering and soft services

Responsible for managing a large single site 24/7, with 6 Restaurants, 3 Retail Shops, Vending Fleet of 150 Machines, and provision of hospitality & conference services delivered via a central management team.  Implementation and management of External Systems ISO 9002, IIP, ROSPA
