Senior Technical AnalystHbos Plc Mar 2003 - Apr 2006Responsible for the management of all HCS VISA statement developments within the Print Presentation Group (Edinburgh) and providing support for other print presentation developments across the HBOS group. My primary responsibilities required me to work independently and unsupervised on multiple projects simultaneously - this includes developing, testing and implementing ISIS Papyrus. As part of my role, I provided technical input and advice covering the printed output required by our customers and liase with all levels of management. I developed a good knowledge of the HBOS Base2000 system as I have been involved in the development of the printed statement and letter output from this System since it's implementation in Q1 of 2003. I have been involved in both the Migration of Halifax Card Services data from EDS to Base2000 and Bank of Scotland Card Services data from FDR to Base2000. I was involved in the migration of Preference data from Cardpac to Base2000.I continued to participate in the on-call rota for general production problems (relating to print) along with the other 2 members of my team.
