Responsible for management of the retail delivery and design review process for major tenants, specialty and food retailers in both static and development centres in NSW, VIC & QLD.Key Responsibilities:• Development of programs for CAPEX works and centre activations, leasing strategies and centre activation strategies.• Tenancy coordination, including ensuring the landlord’s and tenants’ commitments have been successfully fulfilled for new store or refurbishment and executing all works efficiently to drive income for the centres.• Tenancy design reviews to maintain standards of design in new and static centres, including assisting less experienced tenants with their designs.

Vindico specialise in delivering new build shopping centres in the UK. I was the landlord’s representative for the retailers, their designers and project teams. Key responsibilities:• Management of the retail delivery process and lease administration.• Liaison with the principal contractor regarding any issues that may affect the tenants during construction of the centre and with centre management after the centre had opened.• Planning and execution of the delivery logistics strategy for retailer shopfronts and outsized special deliveries.

Westfield London was a major greenfield mixed-use development with 280 retail units in 1,700,000 sq ft of retail area and two new tube stations. The centre covers 42 acres in West London and was constructed at a cost of £1.7 Billion.Key responsibilities:• Managing the procurement, delivery and installation of glazing for the shopfronts, which were over 10 metres high. Over 260 shopfronts were installed as a result of the strategy, a new benchmark for the company.• Development of the strategy and fit out guide for transition from construction to operating asset in collaboration with the development and centre management team.

Key responsibilities:• Coordination of pricing, approvals, billing and execution of modifications to centre services to suit tenants’ requirements.• Pre-lease negotiations including assessing existing tenancy conditions, developing scope of works and costs, and management of all parties, internally and externally.

I began working with BOQ as a Facilities Officer in September 2003 and was promoted to Project Coordinator in October 2004 and Build Program Manager in September 2005.Key responsibilities:• Development of the Project Plan for the roll out of new branches within 12 weeks from site identification.• Approval of all branch designs, security requirements and construction programs.• Management of external project managers, architects, consultants and contractors.• Management of an internal project delivery team.• Internal stakeholder management.
