Fiona started her career in 1980 joining Reed Business Publishing. Her 13 years at Reed gave her a thorough grounding in the full selling process, communication and training skills from a junior level through to managerial roles. Since leaving Reed in 1993 to set up her own business as a freelance training and sales consultant Fiona has worked for a variety of companies covering many industries including publishing, media, recruitment, retail & information technology(many of which have become regular customers) building a portfolio of blue chip clients.In addition Fiona has worked as a business consultant concentrating on the delivery of high quality training and coaching, face to face & telephone interviewing for some high profile companies and managing and conducting market research projects both through market research organisations and in association with other training organisations. Fiona continues her passion for training and developing people into her personal life too in her role as an active nationally qualified scuba diving instructor regularly training many people to experience the wonders of the deep!

I have considerable experience in delivering a variety of courses to many senior personnel working in high profile Nigerian organisations both in the private and public sector. My understanding of the African economy and the challenges faced has grown over the last few years and I believe I can bring a new and fresh perspective to my delegates to help them be better equipped to face the changes that are taking place within their environment.
