*English Tutor for Surrey Adult Learning's growing and dynamic ESOL programme, integrating learners to life in the UK whilst preparing them for all ESOL exams. Programme included recently arrived refugees through to EU and non-EU learners who have settled in the UK.*Privately also prepared students for their UK Citizenship Life in the UK and advanced students for their UK university IELTS exams.

In tandem with Surrey County Council designed, managed and delivered 6 centre based innovative Enterprise and Employability projects to 16-19 year old NEETS as part of Surrey's Youth Support Service Community Skills and Ready for Work programme. 6 Centre Based Social Enterprises from carpentry to farm produce to bike maintenance. Incorporated several learning awards suited to educational ability. Programme designed to enable vulnerable, complex 16+ year olds by raising their self-confidence and life chances. Close relationships with the Youth Support team, education providers, council leaders, SMEs and larger businesses as sponsors, customers and volunteer business mentors.Project success enabled Surrey’s proportion of NEETs to become lowest in the country. Participants, often with mild to moderate learning difficulties, went on to a range of jobs, apprenticeships and further education. Participants enterprises won several Young Enterprise national and regional awards.From 2009, Lead Business Advisor and local board member to Young Enterprise UK.
