Finance systems:Managing the finance systems and support team of 9, including on-going support and development as well as the detailed analysis, design, procurement and implementation of enhancements to existing finance systems. Global lock-up management:Working with the Group Finance Director to:• define the policies and procedures in respect of lock-up management. • Ensure that adequate controls and processes are put in place to support these policies and procedures across all offices• Setting, monitoring and reporting on targets on a quarterly and annual basis, to the firms management.Global pitching, fee deals and pricing:Responsible for determining the financial framework and approaches to be adopted with regard to client fee deals and for ensuring that these are fully documented centrally SAR and SOPR compliance:Responsible for determining the policies and procedures to be adopted globally to ensure that the firm is fully complaint with the requirements of SAR and SOPR.
