I will be part of the DCS legal team, focused primarily on supporting the Colt DCS delivery team with all of its construction projects around the world.

I am a non-contentious solicitor working within the Real Estate & Construction division at Charles Russell Speechlys, which was created through the merger of Charles Russell and Speechly Bircham on 1 November 2014I joined Charles Russell as a Senior Associate in 2014 having spent her career within the commercial real estate practice of a large City firm. I specialise in non-contentious construction law and have extensive experience acting for commercial clients developing property in the UK retail, office, hotel and housing sectors. I have drafted and negotiated development agreements, development management agreements and many building contracts, appointments, bonds, warranties and related contracts. I routinely provide specialist construction input on forward funding agreements, agreements for lease, development loan instruments and have over 10 years of experience of reporting on all construction related documents for clients dealing in live or completed projects.
