Thin Client Product Manager
•Managed the HP Thin Client business •Responsible for the entire product business, which includes driving sales, managing pricing, marketing strategy, product support and supply chain. This meant influencing teams locally, virtually, and globally and managing all expectations in order to deliver on the product strategy. •Developed 3 year strategic business plan including competitive analysis for pricing, support, marketing, and business unit managers to align to and act on. Required to present on progress on a weekly basis across all facets of the product business. •Audited product collateral and sales tools, developing new marketing communications materials and tactics that were leveraged globally. •Provided feedback on product roadmap to the global development team, and advised on Australian market readiness. •Worked with Alliance partners on Marketing initiatives and product improvements •Worked with Marketing teams quarterly on focus groups to ensure all money spent on Marketing is to the right target market •Developed new processes in ordering and pricing of Thin Clients, making it easier for Sales to develop cost bids, and improve our responsiveness to the customer.
