As a team and individual coach I bring over 20 years' experience of working with leaders and managers from graduate to board level. My practice also includes coach supervision and as a workplace mediation.I believe that we have the wisdom and capabilities as human beings to enable organisations to be successful and people to thrive. I no longer work as a counsellor and yet the latter experience informs my coaching practice with executives when work forces changes in personal circumstances.
