As a team and individual coach I bring over 20 years' experience of working with leaders and managers from graduate to board level. My practice also includes coach supervision and as a workplace mediation.I believe that we have the wisdom and capabilities as human beings to enable organisations to be successful and people to thrive. I work with executives, leaders, and individuals (often technical experts) who are wanting to see a future for their organisations that has strategic purpose and that future generations will applaud. Their challenges are in balancing the complex strategic deliverables of their stakeholders in the short term as well as planning for the long term and creating the future. Clear purpose and measurement inform all my work.Many businesses expect individuals to disconnect from the hassles and curve balls flying at them from every direction. I believe the real work for individuals and teams is to acknowledge the paradoxes that 21st century work creates and explore ways to lead the people systems of our organisations into a healthy future, delivering results with vision, insight, and creativity. I no longer work as a counsellor and yet the latter experience informs my coaching practice with executives when work forces changes in personal circumstances.
