Working from a systemic approach, we focus on the quality of dialogue that takes place between individuals, teams and organisations to enable the sharing of information, ideas and the capture of value. Leaders are directly responsible for creating the conditions for their teams to be successful. However, little in organisations works in a simple, linear, cause and effect sequence. Teams and companies work in dynamic, complex systems and receive feedback from a myriad of sources. The capacity to learn, adapt and compete in a challenging business or community environment depends on making effective use of this multiple feedback. Building people’s self awareness about their own natural style and strengths and that of others is a crucial first step in the feedback system. Offering them choices about expanding their range of styles enables them to optimise their ability to achieve results, in as broad a range of circumstances as possible.
