A part-time post as Communication and Engagement Officer (Garden Restoration Project) working with local staff and volunteers and regional and hub staff on the 5 year garden restoration project funded through a legacy donation. Established a team of volunteer Garden Guides and regularly posted to the Standen Facebook page on our progress. Facebook postings on the garden restoration project went from zero likes/followers to over 400 in 3-4 months, one post resulting in a reach of over 21,000!

A part-time post as Garden Administrative Assistant that included, health and safety compliance for garden staff and volunteers; Office administration - raising purchase orders, ordering supplies, research for the garden restoration planning, compiling presentations, preparing data on plant sales from the garden nursery to the shop and implementing label printing software.

This involved identifying the roles required and appropriate staff for these positions, providing guidance on the objectives and methods to be used, setting up reporting and tracking procedures, facilitating between the teams to resolve issues, establishing the go-live acceptance criteria and managing the timeline.
