Radcliffe is one of the leading chancery and commercial chambers in the country. I am responsible for strategic direction of chambers and overseeing operations.

Holiday Travel Watch is a consumer group primarily set up to assist holidaymakers or travellers who have suffered as a result of travel problems. The organisation seeks to guide the holiday maker toward options to resolve their complaint. We also seek to create a wider dialogue on issues associated with holidaymakers. I was responsible for the approach and acquisition of this company.

Follifoot Lane is an investment company set up to acquire a managing general agency to sell motor insurance. The insurance is associated with the brand Rescue My Car.

Head of Practice area: Personal Injury and Litigation Colemans-ctts and past chair of the Association of Women Solicitors. Colemans-ctts is a law firm listed at 123 in the legal 200. Responsible for leading the group in terms of strategy and operations. Being one of 5 equity partners I am a member of the finance committee and executive board. One of my responsibilities is business development and client relationship management.As well as responsibility for the practice area, I am also leading and have led a number of key initiatives including web development, streamlining business structures etc.

Chair of the National Association with a membership of just under 18,000 women solcitors in England Wales. The AWS aimed to be the essential network helping to promote the potential and success of each woman solicitor at every stage of her career. It strived to promote and campaign on issues important to women. The AWS offered a maternity/paternity helpline, a returner course, a quarterly magazine, mentoring scheme. The AWS has now become a division of The Law Society called The Women Lawyers Division.As chair I was responsible for chairing the board, representation of the group at numerous events, public speaking and panel debates, regional coordination, working closely with other professional organisations and government, responding to consultation papers, instigating research and reporting on such research, all media work and numerous social and training events.

Having carried out my training contract here, I stayed on as a newly qualified solicitor handing a mixed caseload although mainly personal injury before moving to London.
