I have over 17 years' experience dealing with a broad range of inheritance, will and trust disputes such as : bringing and defending Inheritance Act claims; claims challenging the validity of Wills; breach of trust disputes; applications for removal of executors/trustees; contested Court of protection work; fraudulent attorneys/executors; constructive/resulting trust claims; proprietary estoppel; advising in high value complex estates; advising in cross border estates.I frequently act as a Court appointed Independent Administrator in contested estates, and I am currently an IA of 12 estates.
