• Responsible for the daily operation, planning, & resource management of the world’s largest youth sailing class (50,000+ active members & sailors). • Led the IODA Executive Committee; scope includes delivering monthly financials, providing recommendations on budget allocation, AGM General Meeting (AGM) planning & execution, initiated & managed partnership agreements, spearheaded Executive Committee Meeting & tracked IODA's of performance against leadership goals & objectives.• Managed a complex multi-stakeholder environment, which included global members across 110+ countries, 30+ builders, suppliers, coaches, parents, sailors, volunteers & partners. • Participated in the delivery of 6 Continental Championship per year with 20-40 nations/150 to 300 sailors, plus and annual world championships with 60 nations/275+ sailors. • Owned the financial reporting, budgeting, & annual audit process of the business, ensuring resource allocation is within target spend per year and managed delivery of products/services to various stakeholders. • Created communication content delivered through multiple channels - created & posted over 500+ news items as well as bi-monthly Newsletters and regular Messages to stakeholders. • Repositioned the Optimist Class; defined the strategy & successfully implemented the new IODA logo redesign & brand guidelines across the organization resulting in increased awareness & engagements with stakeholders. • Initiated and managed a new internationally recognized sustainability program name ROPE (Recycled Optimist Parts and Equipment) - a youth peer-to-peer legacy donation program that has donated to 10+ countries internationally over the past 2 years. • Managed the creation of a new IODA Coach Development Program names Optimus - to develop coaches in developing countries for launch in Q4 2023 - included content creation, branding & delivery.• Solidified partnership agreements & MOU's with leading sunscreen brand. eSport & SSL ranking.
